Sub-Accounts
What are sub-accounts?
A sub account is a segregated account nested under a main textng account that operates just like a main account. Having sub-accounts allows you have separate textng accounts for your various businesses on one account i.e one Email, multiple accounts.
How can I create a sub-account?
Visit the sub-accounts section in the side-menu on your dashboard, click create sub-account. Fill the form appropriately and click 'Create'. Its that easy. You can switch between accounts anytime and carry out various transactions from your various accounts.
Can I delete a sub-account?
No, sub-accounts if created cannnot be deleted. However, they can be suspended by TextngComms if used to carry out transactions that violate our Terms.
